We proudly offer a 30-day refund and return window from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a full refund or exchange. Within this period, you’re free to assess your purchase and decide whether it meets your expectations. If not, simply follow the steps below to begin the return process.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund and return through our website, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, undamaged condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All refund and return requests must be processed through our Saverstreet customer service team.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Exchanges – We’ll Make It Right

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered. To request an exchange, email our support team and they will advise the return address. Some of our products are supplied direct from a manufacturer and they process there own returns. Please include your original order number for faster service.

Gift Returns

If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the return value. Once the item is returned and approved, a gift voucher will be sent to your email address for future use on Saverstreet.co.uk.

Return Shipping Policy

Unless your product is damaged or you received the wrong item, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you’re returning items worth over £50, we recommend using a trackable courier or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
